In northernmost Sweden, 250 km north of the Arctic Circle, lies our place on earth. Karesuando.
Our knife workshop is located by the river that forms the border with Finland. Here we live an everyday life close to nature - in nature - and the knife is the most important tool we carry with us. We need the knife often and a really good knife is our constant companion. In the mountains, in the forest, in the wilderness, in everyday life.
A knife should fit perfectly in the user's hand, like the shoes on a pair of feet - and of course it should be suitable for the task. In the past, people in this region often carried three knives of different sizes for different purposes. Even if you don't carry them all on a daily basis today - it's a good way to think when choosing your knife.
We make our traditional knives by hand, in much the same way as we have done for almost fifty years. We make knives that are functional and adapted to the harsh conditions of the Arctic climate; we design for life outside.
Our knives and Axes are the result of many years of experience - both of life in nature and in the workshop. Knowledge that is passed on from one generation to the next.
With raw materials like reindeer antler, reindeer skin and wood from the region, we set the foundation for the exclusive knives and Axes we stand for today.
Whether you prefer a traditional-looking knife, a modern folding knife, or a handy axe to carry with you, we have the equipment for your life with nature. Welcome out!
